QUALITY POLICY
FRANI MECCANICA wants to be a flexible, efficient and reliable partner for each customer, whose intentions and business strategies are aimed at guaranteeing:
- the Satisfaction of all the required Product Requirements (Mandatory, Customer, Company);
- the Continuous Improvement of the Effectiveness of its Quality Management System
through:
- the Quality Policy;
- the Annual Quality Goals;
- the results of the audits;
- Data Analysis concerning:
- Customer Satisfaction Measurement;
- Compliance with product requirements;
- the characteristics and progress of processes and products;
- the Performance of Suppliers;
- Corrective and Improvement Actions;
- the Management Reviews.
For this purpose, FRANI MECCANICA prepares the following REFERENCE FRAMEWORK for the subsequent definition of the ANNUAL QUALITY OBJECTIVES.

- B. To ensure that all defined business processes achieve the set objectives
- C. Guarantee an adequate level of supplier performance
The ANNUAL QUALITY TARGETS are decided and formalized during the Management Review with the definition of: Pre-established Quality Levels, Indicators, Resources involved and Timing for their concrete achievement.
In order to effectively and efficiently implement the REFERENCE FRAMEWORK abovementioned, the General Management undertakes to:
prepare adequate communication channels to ensure that the Quality Policy is understood within the Company at all levels;
- identify and make available the resources necessary for the implementation of the set objectives;
- review at least once a year, as part of the periodic Management Review:
- the Quality Policy to ensure its continued suitability for the Company's purposes;
- the ANNUAL QUALITY OBJECTIVES to verify their degree of implementation and effectiveness, as well as their consistency with the Quality Policy.
All company managers are required to disclose and implement the provisions of the Quality Policy, striving to make it understandable to all collaborators and supporting them with the utmost commitment, the application through appropriate training, information, and involvement.
